Term Law Clerk

Overview of the Position U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremy D. Peterson is accepting applications for a full-time, term law clerk position in his Sacramento chambers. The position is available for an immediate start date of employment. An applicant’s preference for an initial one or two-year term of appointment will be considered and should be included in the applicant’s introductory cover letter. Telework may be considered for an exceptionally qualified candidate.
