This role is ideal for an experienced LPN who is confident working independently and ready to provide quality care in a long-term care setting.

Position Details

• Profession: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Location: New Berlin, NY

• Shift: Evening, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time

• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Requirements

• Active NY LPN License

• Strong LTC experience – Required

• Previous experience working independently in a long-term care setting

• Must be comfortable with limited facility training

• Strong medication administration and patient assessment skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Must be flexible to follow the facility's schedule

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability – Required

• Ability to work the 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM evening shift
