Senior Assurance Associate - Investment Company Industry

Locations: Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-office)
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 base + bonus + comprehensive benefits (depending on experience)
Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements for financial industry clients, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, closed-end funds, and collective investment trusts
Prepare and review annual audit reports, serving as a direct liaison with managers, audit staff, and other stakeholders
Guide clients through the financial reporting process with clear, actionable advice
Train, mentor, and support audit staff throughout engagements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Active CPA license required
3+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
Completion of at least three audit busy seasons
Direct experience with investment-based clients (Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds) required
