Job Description Title: Pega LSA Mode: Fulltime Location: Irving, TX OR Jacksonville, FL- Hybrid Qualifications Must have Pega CSSA certification; Pega LSA certification is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Pega development. Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL). Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience creating and owning High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD). Experience governing and managing the confluence/SharePoint. Responsibilities Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications. Understand and break down user stories into tasks. Support and guide the team. Execute tasks individually. Update daily report to leadership/clients. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and need. Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographic location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
