Field Reimbursement Liaison - Southwest

Crinetics Pharmaceuticals seeks a Field Reimbursement Liaison for the Southwest region to support patient access and reimbursement for endocrine disease therapies. The role involves coordinating with healthcare providers, resolving coverage issues, and educating stakeholders on patient assistance programs and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with healthcare providers to resolve patient coverage and reimbursement questions
• Coordinate with patient services, specialty pharmacies, and internal sales teams on access issues
• Educate office staff on Crinetics patient programs, policies, and reimbursement navigation
• Serve as subject matter expert on payer policies, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals
• Create training materials and deliver education to sales, physicians, pharmacy, and billing personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Clinical and scientific knowledge of complex or rare diseases
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and prior authorization processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and iPad; case management systems experience preferred
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and balance strategic and tactical execution
• Residency in Southwest region (Southern California or Arizona)
