Luxury Retail Store Leader & Training Coach

Summary The Assistant Store Director will support the Store Director in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while promoting exceptional customer engagement. This role manages and coaches the Department Manager and sales staff, oversees visual merchandising and floor operations, and acts as the store training ambassador. The position is based in Scottsdale and focuses on driving both quantitative and qualitative performance. Responsibilities Coach and ensure professional growth and training of store staff Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions Serve as the training ambassador for all store training needs Build and maintain a network of local and international contacts to promote customer loyalty Requirements Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position Excellent time management skills Bachelor’s Degree preferred Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
