Construction Procurement Specialist

Calm Water and Bath is searching for a full-time Production Procurement Specialist to join our construction team onsite in South Jersey (Cherry Hill, NJ). Responsibilities You will work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. As a Production Procurement Specialist, you will recruit, vet, and onboard installation crews, coordinate their schedules, and ensure every team has the right materials and support. You will oversee the warehouse, keeping inventory accurate and organized, and prevent shortages or over-ordering. Your day will involve ordering materials, managing vendor relationships, and aligning purchasing decisions with job scopes and margin targets. You will be scheduling installations, communicating clearly with homeowners throughout each project, and ensuring everyone feels informed and respected. You'll coordinate final payment collection, close out jobs, track costs, and report on production efficiency. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will make sure promises made are promises kept, customers are cared for, and every project is run smoothly, profitably, and on time.
