Full-Time Benefits PTO: 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick (roll-over) Personal Days 7 Paid Major Holidays - Double time paid when worked for all hourly employees Carefirst Medical Package Tuition Assistance HRA Fund Employee Assistance Program FSA Perks Employee Discounts Earn Points, Earn Rewards Professional Development Attendance Rewards Referral Program Responsibilities What You’ll Do Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized at all times Collaborate with dietary staff to provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents’ dietary needs Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations Qualifications Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation. High School diploma or GED, a plus Must be at least 17 years old Integrity and a strong work ethic Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the willingness to help where and when it is needed Schedule & Availability Full-Time Hour

11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
