Maintenance Tech

Location - Vancouver, WA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of food manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in a manufacturing environment. With ideal being food.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment, including refrigeration systems used in IQF processes preferred.

Environment/Shift:

• Food processing plant extreme high and low temps, GMP facility. Ripened fruits frozen and packaged for retail and wholesale use.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $77896.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
