We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that bring bestselling books, digital resources, children's products, and innovative publishing projects to life. What You’ll Do As a Marketing Manager, you’ll own the marketing strategy for an assigned portfolio of products, leading campaigns from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. You’ll collaborate with talented teams across publishing, editorial, sales, digital, and ministry while serving as the primary marketing contact for authors, agents, and public relations partners. You’ll Have The Opportunity To Develop and execute integrated marketing and public relations campaigns for books, digital resources, children's products, and strategic publishing initiatives. Create go-to-market strategies that increase revenue, audience engagement, and brand awareness. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness. Manage marketing budgets and recommend strategic investments that maximize return on investment. Lead cross-functional campaign planning with editorial, sales, production, digital, and ministry teams. Build trusted relationships with authors, agents, media partners, and external agencies. Identify new audience growth opportunities, marketing channels, and innovative promotional strategies.
