Residential Programs Manager — Lead Care & Growth (PT/FT)

Service Alternatives is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee and supervise assigned programs and ensure outcomes set by the Residential Administrator. The role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals to consistently provide high-quality care and support clients in exploring new opportunities and their own independence.
