Trios Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a skilled OB/GYN to join their team in Kennewick, WA. This position offers a full scope practice, working alongside two other OB/GYNs and a full support staff. The role involves delivering care in a state-of-the-art birth center, contributing to a community-focused healthcare network. Practice Info Full scope practice, joining 2 other OB/GYNs and full support staff Hospital Rounding: 30-60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better, with around 7 call days per month and about 75% likelihood of being called in Deliveries & Volume: ~68 deliveries/month Technology & Tools: Robotics available, Ultrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplers EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital) Compensation Base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus Sign-on bonus: $75,000 Relocation Assistance: up to $15,000 Benefits Paid time off and retirement plan Continuing Medical Education (CME): $5,500 + 5 days Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage Marketing and practice growth assistance Shift & Schedule ~ Clinic Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Requirements Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery TOLAC/VBAC experience required
