Sales Representative – Pressure Washing Services (Temp-to-Hire)
Crossville, TN

Full time position
$15.00/hour + commission + mileage reimbursement
Hours: 10AM-6PM | Monday to Friday, Saturdays optional

A rapidly growing local pressure washing company is looking for an energetic, personable Sales Representative to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire position perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and isn't afraid of a little door-knocking. No pressure washing experience necessary — this role is 100% sales, connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to offer our services. We're looking for someone outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities:
-Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods to introduce and sell pressure washing services
-Build rapport with potential customers and explain service offerings and pricing
-Generate and close sales leads, with commission earned on completed and paid jobs
-Maintain a friendly, professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company
-Track hours and mileage accurately using the mobile timesheet system

Requirements :
-Must be able to pass a drug screening
-Clean driving record
-Sales experience preferred
-Reliable personal vehicle and valid personal auto insurance required
-Must be comfortable with regular travel to the Fairfield Glade area and surrounding service areas
-Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
-Availability Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (Saturdays optional)
-Must comply with company dress code (company-provided shirt; khaki or jeans required)

-Mileage reimbursement at $0.76/mile (submitted with weekly timesheet)
-Commission pay: 7% per completed and paid job
