This role supports a high-volume production environment on the 3rd shift by feeding product into machines, packing finished goods, and inspecting items to ensure quality standards. You will perform a variety of general production and general labor tasks while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work area.

• Feed product into production equipment in a consistent and timely manner to support continuous operations.
• Pack finished products according to established procedures, ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging.
• Inspect products visually to identify defects, damage, or quality issues and remove or report nonconforming items.
• Perform general production and general labor tasks as assigned to support overall line efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about production issues, quality concerns, or equipment irregularities.

• Proven ability to work in a production, packing, or general labor environment.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect products and follow procedures.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Reliability and punctuality for consistent 3rd shift work (Thursday through Monday).
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and use required protective equipment, including steel toe shoes or boots.

• Previous experience in production, packing, inspecting, general production, or general labor roles is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks and processes.

You will join a stable operation that offers consistent 3rd shift hours and the opportunity to develop hands-on production experience. This is a 3rd shift position with hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Thursday through Monday, in a production and general labor setting. You will work on your feet for the entire shift and regularly lift up to 30 pounds while feeding, packing, and inspecting products. The facility operates in a fast-paced environment where safety and cleanliness are priorities. Steel toe shoes or boots are required as part of the dress code to ensure safety on the production floor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrence, KS.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lawrence,KS.
