Cashier

Summary The Cashier provides a welcoming checkout experience and ensures accurate, secure processing of transactions while maintaining an immaculate cash wrap. This role supports customer service, returns and ship-to-home orders, and helps uphold store standards and visual merchandising. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and serves as an entry point for growth within the company. Responsibilities Process sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, checks) and manage promotional offers and coupon redemption Validate and inspect returned merchandise and execute ship-to-home orders Maintain cleanliness of cash wrap and surrounding areas and support visual merchandising standards Engage customers with product knowledge, cross-sell and update customer profiles in the POS system Requirements Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred Ability to operate the register, stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Effective communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and occasional travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
