***General Production Worker – Weekly Pay***

Location:   Sheldon, IA

Pay: $20-21/hr

Schedule: Full‑time

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00am–6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm–6:00am

Job Overview

Join a reliable, fast‑moving production environment where you’ll stay active, learn new skills, and earn steady weekly pay. General Production Workers support daily manufacturing operations through hands‑on tasks, machine assistance, and material movement to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production and assembly tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate basic machinery and support equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Preferred Experience

• Previous production, labor, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials during the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
