Key Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items consistently following recipes and presentation standards
- Complete all prep work and set up your cooking station efficiently
- Maintain high product quality and cook time standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workstation throughout your shift
- Follow all company, state, and county sanitation and safety standards
- Assist team members and respond promptly to guest requests
- Participate in cleaning duties and complete assigned daily and weekly projects
- Attend all company meetings and training seminars as required
Qualifications & Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of related cooking experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food Handler's Certificate as required
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions carefully
- Comfortable using knives and kitchen equipment safely
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift in a busy restaurant environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in temperature extremes and wet conditions
