Representative Role OverviewAn investment bank, asset manager, private wealth platform, or institutional investment firm may seek a Senior Asset Allocation Officer to support portfolio strategy, asset mix optimization, and capital deployment decisions across multi-asset portfolios.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport asset allocation analysis across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and cash strategies
Assist in developing and maintaining strategic and tactical asset allocation models
Conduct macroeconomic, market, and factor-based research to inform allocation decisions
Analyze portfolio risk, diversification, and performance attribution
Support rebalancing analysis and capital deployment recommendations
Prepare investment committee materials, asset allocation reports, and client-facing presentations
Monitor market trends, interest rates, inflation indicators, and global economic developments
Collaborate with portfolio managers, strategists, and risk teams on portfolio construction initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
Strong interest in portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and investment research
Solid analytical and quantitative skill set
Familiarity with asset classes, portfolio theory, and risk-return concepts
Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior internship or experience in asset management, investment banking, research, consulting, or portfolio analytics is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms
