Utilizing your mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, youll perform a variety of systems integration equipment and/or process operations involving an application of technical skills. The Senior Manufacturing Operations Technician interprets engineering drawings and diagrams, notifies appropriate personnel for changes needed to the engineering configuration database and maintains/revises manufacturing work instructions in electronic instruction and reporting systems. What Youll Experience: Technologies that arent just top-notch, theyre often top-secret A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring whats next Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as its discovered What You Bring to the Table: An Associates degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Ability to perform preventive maintenance functions on manufacturing equipment General subject matter expertise (SME) for the Roosevelt Manufacturing Center circuit card assembly What Sets You Apart: Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task Commitment to ongoing professional development Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation Preferred Experience: Experience with surface mount placement machine operation, programming and troubleshooting, Fuji is preferred Experience with solder paste screen printing such as operations, programming and troubleshooting Knowledge of Solder paste inspection and automated optical inspection, understanding theory of the equipment and programming knowledge Ability to use a bill of material, drawings and read component data-sheets to optimize processes Creating process documentation and ability to implement process changes to operators Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $26.37 - USD $28.28 /Hr.
