LAUNCH CNY is seeking a motivated, organized Employment Manager to lead our ACCES-VR employment services while remaining connected to the individuals we support. This role blends program leadership, staff management, compliance, and hands-on employment coaching, with occasional evening and weekend hours based on participant needs.
