Automotive Technician – Virginia, Minnesota

This role is built for a technician who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fastmoving environment, and wants to work in a shop where efficiency, teamwork, and professionalism matter. The dealership in Virginia, MN is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with confidence and accuracy.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining highquality standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding findings and repair needs
- Document all work performed and recommended services
- Stay current on OEM procedures, technical bulletins, and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, teamoriented shop culture
- Experience as an Automotive Technician , Mechanic , or Diagnostic Tech
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities
- Familiarity with OEM systems, scan tools, and modern repair procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highperforming team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Certifications (ASE or OEM) are a plus but not required — experience matters
- A respected dealership with steady workflow and strong leadership
