Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician Property Management Company | Los Angeles County $18–$25/hour DOE + Benefits

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. residential and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles County and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner (AppFolio)

Perform basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, disposals)

Perform basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

Drywall repair, painting, and unit turnovers

Appliance troubleshooting and replacement

Preventive maintenance and property inspections

Maintain clean and safe work areas

Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs

Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $18–$25/hour DOE
