With a 4:1 patient ratio, we ensure manageable workloads, allowing for high-quality care and better patient interactions. Our unit thrives on strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.SUMMARY: Under the direction of nurse director/charge nurse patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on nursing process on assigned units. EXPERIENCE: preferred, one year medical/surgical nursing. OTHER: Basic computer skills.LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association).EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Nursing, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) within 1 year of hire EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Nursing, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
