PMO Support Analyst

Supporting a Department of War client, the remote PMO Support Analyst will execute core PMO functions, maintain project controls, and provide visibility into delivery progress while collaborating closely with project leadership. Key responsibilities Support development of executive status reports, dashboards, and governance briefings Maintain project management artifacts including RAID logs, action trackers, and project documentation Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track actions through closure Required qualifications Active Secret Clearance required Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted 5+ years of experience supporting PMO, project coordination, project controls, or implementation management activities Experience supporting federal government projects or large-scale enterprise system implementations Familiarity with PMO governance processes and artifacts, including status reports and RAID logs
