Acute Care Recruiter

Nealy Pierce, LLC, a specialized healthcare executive search firm, is seeking an Acute Care recruiter to lead full-cycle searches for nursing and allied health leaders in hospitals and health systems nationwide. In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior executives to define search strategies, source and assess high-caliber leadership talent, and manage each step of the recruitment process from intake through offer and acceptance. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, provide consultative market insights, and ensure a transparent, high-touch experience. Working within Nealy Pierce’s collaborative, integrity-driven culture, you’ll gain deep exposure to acute care operations and leadership structures while directly impacting patient care through better leadership placements.
