Our mission is to help clients protect property value, reduce avoidable deterioration, make informed maintenance decisions, and preserve the appearance, longevity, and performance of their exterior assets. Position Overview SoftWash Hawaii is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to develop, grow, and manage a defined territory on Oʻahu This is not an entry-level sales position. This is not a role for someone waiting to be handed opportunities. This position combines a competitive base compensation structure with an uncapped performance-based earning program. These reviews focus on: Opportunities created Opportunities closed Revenue generated Pipeline health Forecasted revenue Follow-up activity Professional development The purpose is to provide coaching, remove obstacles, and support success. Accountability & Performance Management SoftWash Hawaii believes in providing clear expectations, regular coaching, and measurable performance standards. All Territory Managers participate in weekly sales reviews and monthly performance reviews. These reviews are designed to provide coaching, identify obstacles, support professional growth, and ensure alignment with company expectations. Employees who fail to maintain established performance standards will receive coaching, performance feedback, and additional support when appropriate. However, sustained failure to meet minimum performance expectations will likely result in corrective action up to and including termination of employment. The company reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action based on performance trends, individual circumstances, business needs, and other relevant factors. While legitimate circumstances may occasionally affect performance, Territory Managers who consistently fail to meet established expectations will likely not remain in the position. Required Qualifications Must currently reside on Oahu Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience Proven closing experience Demonstrated history of achieving revenue goals Self-managed and accountable Strong communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Valid Hawaii Driver’s License Clean driver’s abstract Basic computer and CRM proficiency Ability to pass a third-party background check If your resume does not clearly demonstrate a history of sales success, this role is likely not a fit.
