Role: Mainframe Production support Location: Atlanta / New York / Chicago, IL - Hybrid Provides daily monitoring of computer platforms. Ensures all daily scheduled computer production work is completed accurately. Conducts scheduling and system monitoring tasks using appropriate tools. Troubleshoots operational issues as 1st level support and notifies appropriate support personnel for problem resolution. Records all trouble ticket issues/incidents and provides follow-up to customers. Provides 1st level help desk and online business application support, during and after normal business hours. Ensures all problems and issues reported to computer operations are recorded in the incident reporting log for review or action by Operations or IT Management. Communicates with all areas and levels within the organization. Skillsets required JES (Scheduling) JCL SDSF OpCon or any other scheduling tool (Control‑M or CA7, etc.) experience. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $85,000 - $120,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
