Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 3rd Shift (Full-Time) 12 hours Friends Homes – Greensboro, NC Love Where You Work! Friends Homes is hiring Full-Time RNs and LPNs for our overnight (3rd shift) team. Pay & Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: Full-Time (every other weekend required) LPN Pay: Starting at $27.00+/hr (based on experience) RN Pay: Starting at $32.50+/hr (based on experience) Shift Differentials: Available for all shifts, including weekends What You’ll Do As an RN or LPN at Friends Homes, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor resident health and report changes in condition Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain accurate documentation, including MARs Supervise CNAs and support the care team Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings Respond to emergencies and follow safety/infection control protocols Qualifications Required: Current North Carolina RN or LPN license Current CPR certification (AHA or equivalent) Preferred: Experience in long-term care or geriatrics Strong communication and leadership skills Why Work at Friends Homes?
