ey Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams and drive successful project execution.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Scrum and Kanban teams.
Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and provide status updates to leadership.
Coordinate software releases and ensure timely delivery.
Coach and mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and Technical Project Managers on Agile best practices.
Monitor project scope, budgets, and resource utilization while preventing scope creep.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Project Management experience.
Hands-on experience leading Agile projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
PM certification (preferred).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Project/Office tools .
Strong stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
