Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult ED patients, including rapid assessment and continuous monitoring
- Perform triage, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergent changes in patient status
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per ED protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied staff to develop and implement care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
- Prepare patients for disposition, including discharge planning or transfer as needed

Requirements
- Active RN license (state-specific requirements determined during the hiring process)
- ER nursing experience preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced ED environment
