Project Manager/Estimator

Staffworks Group has an immediate opening for Security Fencing Project Manager / Estimator in Attleboro, MA and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time position offering $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience.This role is ideal for professionals with fence industry experience, gate automation knowledge, construction estimating skills, or project management experience. The position involves working closely with clients, managing project details, preparing estimates, and supporting installation teams to ensure successful project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend onsite project meetings to evaluate project scope, site conditions, and customer needsProvide fence installation and access control system solutions, including gate operators and automated gate systemsPrepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, and project timelinesPresent fence and gate installation estimates to clients and answer project-related questionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent customer serviceCollaborate with installation crews, project teams, and office staff to ensure projects are completed according to contract specificationsAssist crews when necessary to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfactionResolve customer concerns professionally to maintain long-term customer loyaltyRequired SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused attitude with a friendly and energetic personalityAbility to manage multiple construction or installation projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of construction estimating, fencing systems, and access control solutions preferredFencing and gate automation experience is a plusQualificationsExperience with fence installation, gate systems, or gate operator automation preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredExperience in commercial sales, construction sales, or project management is a plusAbility to travel to job sites in Attleboro, MA and surrounding areasPreferred ExperienceFence industry experience – 2 years preferredSales experience – 3 years preferredCustomer service experience – 3 years preferredCall or email Pam View phone number on click.appcast.io View email address on click.appcast.io
