What You'll Do

As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by overseeing and enhancing the delivery of our services. Your leadership will ensure that individuals, children, families, and communities receive the comprehensive support they need to heal, rebuild, and thrive. Key responsibilities include:

• Program Leadership : Oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs that align with our ecosystem-based approach to care.
• Team Management : Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all services meet the highest standards of care and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with organizational leadership to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within our programs.
• Community Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners to expand access to resources and opportunities for those we serve.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or leadership role.
• A strong understanding of mental health, family support, and community-based care systems.
