Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Deployment Strategist - AI - this is an onsite role in San Francisco or New York. Salary range: 180-300K USD plus benefits plus equity.

We are the first AI Office Suite that automates your workflow by creating documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and more using your data, tools, and style.

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 5+ years of experience to own an entire industry vertical at Context. This is not a traditional sales or consulting role. We are looking for someone with deep domain expertise, a strong network, and firsthand experience trying to deploy AI inside their industry, who now wants to do it the right way at scale.

You will act as the “founder” for your vertical, responsible for defining how Context’s platform is deployed, expanded, and adopted across companies in your space.

What will you be doing?

• Own a full industry vertical end-to-end (e.g. banking, private equity, consulting), defining how AI should actually be deployed in that space.

• Identify and scope high-value workflows within your industry, and design how Context’s platform should be applied to solve them.

• Leverage your existing network (“Rolodex”) to land initial deployments, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and expand across organizations.

• Work directly with customers to deeply understand how their teams operate, then map that into concrete deployment plans and pilots.

• Drive land-and-expand motions — start with a pilot team, then systematically expand adoption across the organization.

• Partner closely with engineering to translate real-world needs into product requirements, shaping what gets built based on frontline learnings.

• Act as the operator and architect of deployments , not just advising — ensuring solutions actually get implemented, adopted, and deliver outcomes.

• Build the foundation for GTM in your vertical , helping define playbooks, hiring future team members, and scaling the function over time.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a knowledge-intensive field like finance or consulting with top tier signals (Mandatory)

Deep domain expertise in financial services with direct exposure to how work actually gets done (not just high-level strategy). (Mandatory)

Proven track record of multiple promotions (Mandatory)

Has a strong, leverageable network (Rolodex) — can point to specific relationships you would use to land initial pilots or deployments (Mandatory)

Degree from a top-tier university (Mandatory)

Ability to map real-world workflows → AI deployments (e.g., identifying where AI fits, scoping pilots, and defining how to integrate into existing processes). (Mandatory)

Light technical fluency to understand and demo AI products (Nice-to-have)

High agency and company-builder mindset to write the playbook (Mandatory)
