DescriptionKforce's client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A in Englewood, CO.Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and executive decision-making. This role will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, develop financial models, deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis, and collaborate with business leaders across the organization.Roles and Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:* Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning* Variance analysis and financial performance reporting* Revenue, expense, cash flow, and capital planningFinancial Modeling:* Advanced Microsoft Excel* Scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis* ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysisReporting & Analytics:* Executive and Board-level reporting* KPI development and dashboard creation* Financial statement analysisBusiness Intelligence:* Power BI and/or Tableau* Data visualization and reporting automation* Business performance analysisBusiness Partnership:* Executive stakeholder communication* Cross-functional collaboration* Strategic decision support and recommendationsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required* The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, advanced Excel skills, expertise in financial modeling, and experience with Power BI or TableauPreferred Qualifications:* 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience* Experience with ERP, planning, and financial systems optimization* Strong presentation and communication skillsJob TypeContractCompensation50 - $56
