Description

• Conduct assessments in inpatient or outpatient environments and develop individualized therapy plans.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent credential from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• National state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist .
• Preferred CPR certification.
