Competitive compensation and benefits package Stable organization with a collaborative team culture Opportunity for professional development and career advancement Exposure to diverse accounting functions and financial processes Supportive leadership and a positive work environment Key Responsibilities - Staff Accountant Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed Analyze financial data and investigate account variances Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation Qualifications - Staff Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of staff account level experience preferred Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines CPA designation or progress toward certification is a plus #INAUG2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
