This includes driving revenue, managing sales, ensuring operational excellence, elevating customer experience, and making a positive community impact.The ideal candidate is a sales-driven leader with strong customer service and team management skills. You thrive in a high-energy, high-demand role where you can coach and inspire a team, hit ambitious goals, and help grow the SweatHouz brand.Key ResponsibilitiesPlayer/Coach Mentality: Lead by example in implementing the SweatHouz sales model. Welcome prospective clients, provide a premium experience, and convert them into members.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
