Construction Project Manager

Senior PM/Estimator Renewyx has partnered with one of Chicagoland's most exciting independent General Contractors with a reputation for doing things differently. This is not a corporate machine. With a growing pipeline of commercial projects and a seat at the leadership table for the right person, they're now looking for a Senior PM/Estimator to join the team and take ownership across preconstruction, estimating and full project delivery. This is a dual-seat role so you'll be equally at home pricing work in preconstruction as you are running projects through to closeout. You'll lead from the front, manage a project team below you, and work directly alongside the CFO on financials. Qualifications 5+ years Project Management experience in commercial construction Proven estimating capability - budgetary through to comprehensive cost proposals PMP certification preferred; degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience Confident leading preconstruction with clients, design teams and project partners Strong subcontractor bid evaluation and detailed scope review experience Hands-on with contract facilitation, value engineering and OAC meeting management Procore and Microsoft Project required; Sage, HubSpot CRM and Bluebeam a bonus A leader - comfortable directing PEs, APMs, interns and field operations Benefits Full health, dental and vision coverage Life, long and short-term disability, and legal cover 401(k) with 50% company match up to 4% Flexible PTO and 10 paid holidays Full in-house gym and wellness facilities Sponsored company events A culture that genuinely invests in the people around it #J-18808-Ljbffr
