This is a front-of-house cannabis retail role — part product expert, part patient advocate, part community connector. You're the person customers trust when they walk through the door.### What You'll Actually Be DoingAs a Wellness Guide, you're guiding customers and patients through Holistic's product selection — flower, concentrates, edibles, and beyond. You'll translate their needs into the right product recommendation, handle transactions with accuracy, and keep the floor running clean. Holistic operates across multiple states and takes compliance seriously: expect to follow SOPs and state regs to the letter.You won't just be ringing up orders. Holistic looks for people who can hold a real conversation about cannabis — why someone might reach for an indica vs. a sativa, what a 1:1 CBD ratio means in practice, how to serve a first-time visitor differently than a daily regular.### Salary RangeNot listed.
