Nurse Educator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Educator for Women, Children, and Surgical services to advance clinical excellence across our care teams. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, and support onboarding, skills training, and competency validation for nurses in women’s health, pediatrics, and perioperative units. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient outcomes, lead simulation and in-service programs, support regulatory readiness, and champion a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous professional development.
