Job Description: Level 5 / Non-Exempt / Full-Time / Hourly Employee / Reports to the General Manager Take action first: Lead a shift, including Employee Training, Food & Restaurant Safety, and Guest Satisfaction Be results-oriented: Effectively delegate tasks to Crew Members and maintain shift targets Lead the experience: Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: o Kitchen - Maintain food quality and safety o People – Coach, train, and provide feedback in the hiring decision-making process o Service - Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring your shift is well-prepared and organized to provide the best service to every guest, both internal and external Understand that teamwork is key: Leads by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards To be successful in this position, you’ll need: A humble and hospitable demeanor with a passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members) The capability to lead and motivate others A desire to learn and grow A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace Strong customer service and support focus To provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs So, what’s your job combo?
