Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to support commercial and mission critical/data center projects across AZ. This role is responsible for leading site safety efforts, ensuring compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across active job sites. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage site-specific safety programs Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies Lead safety meetings, orientations, and ongoing training Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate hazards Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting Qualifications 5+ years of construction safety experience Experience in commercial construction and/or mission critical/data center projects Strong knowledge of OSHA standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
