Job Duties / Responsibilities Work as part of a team of skilled and dedicated land surveyors Perform activities such as construction staking, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, project control, running level loops, and flood plain surveys Utilize survey grade equipment including Trimble R10 & R12 GPS receivers, Trimble robotic total stations, and digital leveling equipment Travel to project sites (up to 10 weeks of travel per year) Perform office tasks including survey calculations, preparing survey notes & exhibits, using AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and MS Office Education Requirements High School Diploma AS or BS in Land Surveying or Construction Technology, a Land Surveying minor, or related degree (preferred) Required Qualifications 1+ years of surveying experience Valid driver’s license Proficiency with Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, and digital leveling equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Attention to detail Strong communication and note‑taking skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Ability to operate independently in the field Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Benefits Employer‑Paid Medical Insurance Employer‑Paid Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Match Paid Holidays and Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Employer‑Paid Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Insurance Paid Parental Leave Program Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution FSA Dependent Care Plan (Section 129) Reimbursement for Certification and License Expenses Employer‑Paid Life Insurance Tuition Assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Bring your good dog to work Bonus Opportunities Relocation Assistance And more!
