Merchandiser

Responsibilities Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage. Support digital business operations: fulfill orders, assist with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional customer service: greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge. Maintain awareness of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment. Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies, procedures and traffic and safety laws. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting (preferred). Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends. Must be 21 years of age or older. Physical Requirements Walk, bend down repeatedly and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day. Safely lift, load and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50lbs. overhead repeatedly. Be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday (if delivery is part of the job).
