Apartment Maintenance Technician – North Austin Area!

$20-$25/hr (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings

Career Strategies, a national leader in property management staffing, is seeking experienced and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technicians for immediate opportunities throughout the Austin area. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for apartment communities
• Complete unit turns and make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and general carpentry
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fixtures
• Respond to work orders promptly and ensure resident satisfaction
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and compliance with safety standards
• Help keep the community clean, safe, and vibrant

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, drywall, and carpentry
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Own a reliable set of tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Professional demeanor, strong customer service, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
