Director Of Operations - Speciality CareResponsible for the day to day operations and financial performance of assigned medical practices/programs. Accountable leader to facilitate an organizational culture that reflects a commitment of excellence to service, quality, safety and financial performance.Location: Grand Rapids, MichiganExperience: 7-10 yrsDegree: MastersRelocation: YesTravel: OccasionalDoes the candidate have a Bachelor of Nursing degree?Seven years of related (preferably specialty) healthcare management experience?Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or related with plan to complete Master's degreeCandidate with Nursing background and experience in Neurosciences specialities?The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to work with a progressive, growing healthcare system who is looking for the opportunity to ensure the patient is at the center of care and have the ability to lead in this direction.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
