Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Enjoy three-day weekends! No mandatory weekend work Voluntary overtime available Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $20.00/hour (with performance-based increases) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) with generous company contributions Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 11 paid holidays Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance and attendance bonuses Annual allowances for: Steel toe shoes and Prescription safety glasses Job Responsibilities: Operate thermoforming manufacturing equipment Feed raw materials into machines and clear jams Perform visual quality inspections Case-pack finished products Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred Stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs during shift Work independently and in a team Communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks Strong work ethic and positive attitude Why SOLUT!?
