Production Laborer

Production Laborer Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring dependable Production Laborers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting daily production operations, operating equipment, loading materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and helping the team meet production goals. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform production tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards. Load and unload materials into manufacturing equipment. Assist with maintaining proper production line flow and efficiency. Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and off-road vehicles (training provided as applicable). Complete pre-shift and end-of-shift equipment inspections. Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE. Participate in daily safety meetings and production briefings. Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, stoop, crouch, and climb stairs or ladders. Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Work in indoor and outdoor environments. Tolerate varying weather conditions, loud noise, and manufacturing environments while wearing required PPE.
