Hospice Field Nurse: Patient-Centered Home Care

Catholic Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse for home-based hospice care in South Florida. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate families within the interdisciplinary team framework. Requires Florida RN licensure, 1–2 years of nursing experience, hospice experience preferred, and English proficiency.
