Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and a passion for building client relationships. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients.

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and a passion for building client relationships. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage options for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- Actively participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional connections and generate leads.
- Prepare and present proposals, explaining coverage details and terms to potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful sales in the commercial insurance industry.
- Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
