Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and a passion for building client relationships. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients.
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage options for clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Actively participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional connections and generate leads.
Prepare and present proposals, explaining coverage details and terms to potential clients.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful sales in the commercial insurance industry.
Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
